Comeback Tokens

Hello, I wanted to ask about this comeback token, I know few players who got their tokens for transfering back their account after long break from this game. I have recently transfered all my accounts on which I havent logged for like year or more but still I didnt get any of those tokens. Please can you tell me how can I obtain this?

    I have been away for over 2 years and when I first logged in I had the tokens in the mail.
    I believe they had about 15 days left of them before getting auto deleted from the mail box (as mails remains there for only 30 days). That was around July 3rd/4th. So by now the comeback tokens most likely have been deleted from your mailbox.

    |DK|Gismo but i didnt have any chance to receive them since there was mailbox bug, I have even send request to support but nobody answered, here is pic http://imgur.com/HvoYzSH

    after the latest maintance suddenly i didnt have 4 unread messages but 2 and these were costume for logging in sunday and papaya crystal.... what are you going to do with this case, why dont you even answer me ffs...

    Same i dont have comeback tokens and 1000 dkc but i transfer my acc seg ak on 19 june.

    just transferred 4 accounts a week ago and no 1000dkc or comeback coin

    why there is no comeback tokens for players who transfered and logged in early
