Papaya staff is a failure.

I have yet to see any help or actions to fix any of the issues currently. Staff, you need some work. So many people having errors and you're just not even keeping anyone updated. Thanks a lot.

    I'm haing loads of problems too.  (Pretty much everything I try ends up with "Disconnected from server" before I even get into the game.) 

    Just curious if you know....did they change system requirements with the switch to Papaya?  Having trouble finding those notes on the game info pages.  And I'm reading in Forums some ppl having some luck by upgrading their video cards.

    I remember seeing it somewhere on the site the sys reqs anyway. I know some of them atm. Like it seems 64 bit windows 7. I saw reports that 8 and 10 aren't working yet unless they fixed that. I have a four year old laptop running windows 7 with onboard video sound etc. Hope this helps but proly not lol. I hope u guys get in soon but I know that papaya is proly overloaded with tickets and issues. Im trying to get one old char back in but am patient as I know they are swamped.

    @StryderTwo I'm running a PC that was last upgraded about 4 years ago running Windows 7 pro...was worried that my video card may be outdated if they changed the requirements when they transferred to Papaya.

    It's been frustrating to not be able to get back into the game.  But I've accepted that they're likely overwhelmed with us all QQ-ing them...lol!  I still have hopes that once they get things worked out, it will all be "back to normal".

    Like anything, with change comes a bit of a learning curve.  So I'm still getting used to where stuff has "moved to", or "works different" now.  As an "aside", have you noticed that some general things are "trimmed down" from Nexon's version?  For example, you used to be able to see who was logged into the Forums, especially if you were looking for the GMs.  Can't see that anymore.  On the other hand, there's a lot more game information on the web page that seems "current" (including videos and stuff about the Dungeons, DK Square, character descriptions, story line, etc.).
