LAggy (low fps)problem

Hi i got problem with my Dekaron on PC.
i5-3210M
8GB RAM
Gforce 645M 
Fresh paste on my processor and Graphics.
All games working Fine (POE,Diablo 3,Black Desert) just dekaron laggy as hell and i cant atack monsters because its look like screenshots.....

Help me pls

    Do an actual restart of your PC. I was getting 5-10 FPS everywhere on an i7 6700K, 32gb RAM, and a GTX 980 Ti but after I restarted my PC it was back to normal.

    Im trying to create a new discussion, but i dont know when its gonna be approved, so I will just right here in case someone can see and help me.

    I play dekaron since a6 and I never had this problem, after papaya,
    dekaron is stuttering. It shows that i’m playing with +300 fps but it feels
    like 10(it happens everywhere I go). I saw in another post to try to change "Threaded Optimisation"
    to ON in NVIDIA controls but it didn't work for me.

    I checked my PC status in MSI Afterburner:

    GPU: 30% 57ºC 2% 0%

    MEM 356MB

    CPU 1/2: 30% 54ºC / 20% 48ºC

    CPU 3/4: 44% 50ºC / 45% 49ºC

    It seems normal to me...

    Any idea on how to fix this problem?

    GPU: gtx 970 CPU: i5-6600

    My dekaron is installed in my SSD, but i dont think thats the problem.
