How to earn ComeBack Tokens?

Yo guys how to get these Comeback Tokens ? mobs or is there another way ?
Afk'ing in Crespo is the Key to Perpetuus

    I'd first thought that the Comeback Token was originally implemented to get the Papaya package for those who transfered from Nexon. But in the end they send it through ingame mail. So i think it's obsolete, that's at least what i'm thinking

    i have 5 acc 1 i migrate afther 4 / 6 its the onli acc that all the chars got 7 tokens first pack i  got 45+9 gear wep 75 115 150 155 wep+8 not bad lets see afthar reset the new pack
