    Dear Heroes,


    We have received your reports about the following issues:


    - Guild NPC

    - (600,300) After the 2nd password - FIXED

    - No Characters exist after the migration.


    First of all, thank you for your reports and the details you provided to us. Here we’d like to update on the above issues.


    -Guild NPC: It will be added after the next maintenance.


    -(600,300) Error: It’s occurring to those who transferred after the Nexon service closure. We are working to resolve this issue with the developers right now. Will let you know as soon as its status is updated. - The issue has been resolved. Please try logging in again


    -No Characters: The causes/ solutions are below

    1. Users who logged into the wrong accounts. Some of you have already found the right Papaya Play account where your characters are.
    2. Users who didn’t complete the migration process/Users who exit or cancel the process. Please complete the migration process now. -https://www.papayaplay.com/dekaron/migration.do
    3. We are also looking into more details in case there are other causes.

    My client fails updating the 1.2.9 version..already tryed the re-install the exsiting client

    Hello Heroes,


    Thank you for waiting! The temporary maintenance has been successfully completed and the servers are now open.


    The changes made during the maintenance are: 


    - Guild NPC 

    - (600, 300) Issue has been fixed.

    - We've brought more items to the Shop: 

    Trieste's Golden Key, Holy Water of Almighty 30D, New Seed of
    Dream Random Box, New Ossuary of Blacksmith, Blessing of the Goddess
    7D, Blessing of the Goddess 3D,     

    Ossuary of Alchemist's Will, Ossuary of Alchemist's Soul,
    Ossuary of Gemcraft.

    Vertigo be like : "idk if anything we tried to fix is 100% fixed BUT we added dshopitems so u can throw money at us for the unfinished product we offer u"

    Well guys believe it or not, whalecum to nexon 2.0 with same team as gms and im pretty sure the "devs" (that one guy who uploads the patch he gets via email or a ddl link via email) is/are also the same ;)

    I just tried to log in and it kicked me back to the login section again like before.

    @Alii031 I'm haing the same problem as you....still.  I think many of us are having the same problem. Surprising that they didn't address THAT bug, even though I've submitted a ticket and [many of us] have spoken about it in the Technical and General Forums.
