Characters banned with gear during nexon are unbanned and naked?

General
Met a guy yesterday i knew was banned (i know that guy for a small eternity now) and he said his chars (not only this one i met) were all naked.

My question is:

If they were all naked, who took all those items and dil when it was banned with gear?

Ofc ppl will say now "hes a liar" etc but i dont have any reason to believe he needs/wants to lie to me so im prepared for all those lame comments :D

    I don't know for sure so I won't be a smartass but, someone stated in another post that the characters are completly naked so I don't really know.

    Some guys were seen geared so not all can be naked but that one guy i know was in a kinda very relation to the GMs if u know what i mean...

    Most of the people were banned by surprise and have been fully geared and are now able to "trade" their stuff away. Others who've been banned and been warned by "certain friends" of a "certain GM" were able to "trade" their stuff beforehand.

    Ik bout that issue but this special guy wasnt warned and had 2 or 3 fully geared 180+ chars banned at that time (170 sets and if i remember right 175+10 ultis mc2 etc)

    Let's get some clarity, odin24768 is talking about Blind / Frozen / Virus.
    Chivalric (patrialegion) who transferred his banned accounts Arzo, xpistax and some more pretends to care a few days later, "thinking that his gear is safe now." 
    The ones who really cared about this issue, even on the first day, are zeibach and ShadowAlokenLV.

    I didn't say they were the only ones, I just mentioned these two people because they made it pretty clear what they think about this issue, not like some other people who pretend to care only a few days later.

    Im not pretending to care about it (in fact i always thought illegit behaviour ingame made a little action in the game beside the boring standard wtb/wts and farming).
    Me beeing online is so rare and i dont really play dekaron in its pk/pvp aspects so those ppl barels affected me in those many years.

    @odin24768 He won't be back, and imo that's a really good decision he has made there.
    My post was merely directed at people like patrialegion who continually post nonsensical gibberish all over this forum.

    @patrialegion please try to google the words "troll", "seek" and "attention". 
    We don't want this thread to end like the ones @Nexon. You know what you have done and where you come from.

    Ah well u might be right T3d, but i remember those times when legit vs non legit players made the 90% part of the action ingame and it was fun to watch :D
    Last time i had contact with him was when we played bf3 or 4 idk atm and it seems he also quitted that so i lost contact completely...
    Well nvm, there will be drama around anytime soon with those same ppl as GMs here as we had during nexon...

    I can just Talk for me one of my Account got unbanned And the Gear was still there but my Dragon Horn Is gone. I think in that Time one of the most needed Items.? But i dont really care because i could take my old Gear which i Spent lots of money. And if u want to Know my bann reason i bought duped miteras from someone. Nexon Warned 1 Week later that they got duped. So in my eyes im Not guilty. I Hope in my case i stay unbanned And that i can keep my Gear.

    its no use.. GM cant trace the items if they just dropped it and let their 2nd account pick it up..

    They got all the gear, if something missing then it could be due to mass duped item deletion. Saw some of them fully geared.

    No, they are not naked. i had 2 banned accounts, I got everything on them, costume, gear weapons, mc1s and everything i had in stash as well, Im not liying,., FKING d1ck move by papaya time to quit for ever,
