Disconnection to login screen

I dont know about anyone else but randomly and sometimes often I get disconnected to the login screen when I login after 2nd password, after I choose my character and try to go in game, or if I try going to character screen when I finally get in-game after trying 5 times. I thought it would get fixed during emergency maintenance, but please fix this problem, it can be very annoying and it is starting to discourage me to play after putting so much into the game.

I have had the same issue since day 1, today its worse, I make it to character screen for one log in, then DC, Then if I try again it immediately disconnects as soon as I try to enter any login.
Yesterday, I managed to get on, and stay on for like 15 to 20 min. Tried going to Favnil Solo, Disconnected.. then haven't been able to properly connect since. So pretty much NOT at ALL
My game ran fine until it changed, so it's not my pc. (Though there was lag and occasional DC's on Nexon's). I have run this game for 5 years, now I can't get on at all with this server.
It would be nice to not have all these headaches, trying to play. And to be able to have a fair shot at farming for the belt/ armlet event. As well Is the fact I have remaining timed items from nexon going to waste (such as my 60day amulet).
I am wondering if the 32bit 64bit deal has something to do with it, and / or Nvidia graphics cards.
Because I have a family member who built my pc up (extra hard drive, ram and video card) its exactly the same as his, except the video card.
He has no issues logging in and staying on game. The thing is once I was on there was messed up fps, very glitchy, yet the ms was suprising, it was only 30-50ms! hats off to the ms, but I cant stay logged in, or make it past the character screen or the log in screen without getting disconnected. (right back to log in screen) Same goes for a lot of others.
Please help figure this out, sad to see so much frustration.
Since this started-I have sent in 2-3 reports with screenshots showing them what happens. I just now received a respond. they are basicly telling me I either need to do the migration again or download the latest client. Which I already downloaded the latest after removing the one from nexon. I received email confirmations after the transfer and the migration. I don't see how doing the migration again has anything to do with getting this 5 minute error. Does anyone else agree? I hope they see my screenshots and look again at this issue. I wouldn't feel secure doing the migration again after all these account issues. If im able to stay logged in as long as I don't switch a server, I don't see how its a migration problem.
May seem like an odd question, but I'm not very techy, so... Is it possible that the cause of this is the internet service provider? It works at my friends house (Century Link) but not at mine (xfinity).
