Ultimate and Twisted Fate Weapons

Hi,

Could someone please tell me how to make ultimate weapon and what's twisted fate weapon?
I have been playing Dekaron so long ago and then wasn't such things.
I have 145 lvl and I have 150 Dragon Spear+7 and i'm confuse can I make it ultimate or something? How it works? 

That's a good subject for wiki and/or tips and guides section imo.

    Tf is a dragonwep as 175 version (statwise)
    Ulti got a +500 damage bonus and higher crit/vit then dragon/tf but has no all stat option.
    I hope that helped a bit :)

    So it is a four different weapons?
    150 dragon/ 150 ulti/ 175 tf/ 175 ulti
    And there is no way to make one from another?

    No there also lunacy and gold dragon weps, so 6 in total but idk stats of them atm.
    And no u cant make one of another.
