VALUABLE CHARACTERS MISSING!!!

So first off thank you for fixing the error in this last patch. So as of right now I have logged in and myself along with many others have valuable Characters missing and items right along with them. My Azure Knight was very valuable to me as I have put quite a few dollars on it through the years. Hope this gets resolved as there is an UPRISING of players that are becoming highly irritated.

    Create a support ticket and provide your username (not password).
    You must not lose faith in humanity. Humanity is an ocean; if a few drops of the ocean are dirty, the ocean does not become dirty.
