UNBANNED PLAYERS WTF!?

OK WTF IS THIS SHIT.?
I had 2 accounts banned, both of them are UNBANNED and they have all the items i had. All the gear,dils, and everything i had on them. Are u fking kidding me?????????????
So Sarki/ Chivalic/  Virus/ And a tons of banned players will have a fortune of banned duped sh11t back in their hands. So dick1 move,. Bye bye dekaron, time to quit for ever..

     That is like a bar. You go to a bar get drunk and decide that u dont like the guy in corner the security take u out and say u that u are banned from coming in this bar but after 1 year they sell it to another person and he give no fuck what u were doing before if u dont do the same shit there wont be problem.

    This isnt great that they are unbanned. We were promised they were going to be banned but yet 100s of the people who were banned through out the nexon days of dekaron are going to be back. Hacking, dupping and oh boy just wait until the gold sellers make their way back into the game. Economy is going to be more inflated than ever

    I have talked to friend who was banned for hacking and he cannot transfer his account
    I think some accounts will remain banned but others will not, however I am not sure

    The reasons you don't see to many complains about people got unbanned is because all the server had old chars banned now they are staying quiet they got what they lost.

Also i just picked up the 1st 2 names which came in my mind, i know at least 10 people who were hackers in the past, like failchuppyQQboy

    Honestly A lot of bans on nexon's service had littile or no proof behind them. I know first hand when my account was banned after going thorough 6 years and 3 different hosting companies to be banned for something not even on the TOS of nexon eu. "recieving duped dil from a known hacker". I am not going to confirm or deny if i got this account back today but if i did there are three reasons why this ban should never have happened.
    #1. the hacker had to be ingame playing the game like any normal character and trading with me.
    How am i responsible for him having hacked dil and giving that to me for payment.
    #2. The hacker was not a known hacker at the time as he was not banned.
    If said person was a known hacker why was he unbanned abd allowed to trade with a regular player like me.
    #3. The TOS has rules about hacking, dupeing etc but absolutly nothing on recieving hacked or duped items being a bannable offence, and for the obove reasons as well. it is up to the GM and the Administrators to prove the item is duped and hacked and remove it from the game, but to bad a 6 year old character that has played the game legitimatly and traded in the (at the time braiken) market legitimatly for reciving a duped item. That is just a way to lose a good player.

    Anyway I cant speak for a lot of situations just my own. i know otheres with a similar situation banned for buying from the ingame auction system. Banned for something like winning a pvp with no actual followup on weither or not the player actually did use a hack or simply was using fish. If you have a lot of faith in nexon's ban system ill tell you this I dont and never will they lost all respect they could have had years ago and dont even get me started on how i got through acclaim's Gm hacking and other things that went on. If this game has a chance of not dying it needs to undo some of the damage done to its name through bad mamagment. and one way is to mass unban and do a better job banning acutal offenders.

    I really like ur speach, what you just said is true ! To get banned cause you get some dil of a hacket / duper & what ever, feels bad ! I really know that feeling but i appreciate that chara wich were banned without reasons are back ! Now the game got alot more crowded & ofc even with these duped items and shit, the returned players are really weak as shit. They need alot of new stuff like: meisters, wings, costumes, rings etc.

    Yeha but we all know all those ppl arent the one that just got items or dillz from duppers, the duppers themselfs are unbanned aswell

    i like the better job banning, but mass unbanning?? fk that. Anyway i dont really care anymore since i quited. So i wish the best for the rest of the players

    I see it as being a good thing. For one the game was dying and the player base was lacking terribly. We need to bring people back to the game to keep it alive for one, and for two to have people to actually play with. I understand hating the dupers and all that what not, but regardless if they got unabnned, they could have just made a second character and continue doing. Just a ban on a single account wont stop them, so i support this. Plus 90% of the people unbanned are lacking a  lot of items needed to just compete.
