Any GM can help with bugged skill problem?

General
Everything is smooth besides me using skills. Whats up with it? Though the servers were in NA now in New Jersey which is where im from. Even when servers were in EU i had 0 issues with lag or using skills. Whats the issue? Seriously. I cant even play the game at all like this...and I have AT&T 1gb internet so  idont know that the problem is.

    May i ask what graphic card are you using? Since the game was transfered from Nexon to Vertigo you probably have to boost it again from your graphic card control panel :)

    @Tomori that wasnt the issue lol. I found the problem. My action bars were colored red instead of blue and my action keys were right click to use skill
