    I think the server is just errored. yesterday 2 of my clients randomly crashed, tried to log back, 2 of the accounts that crashed would look like it would go to 2nd password and freeze and then go back to showing the login box with my info still there and then it would have the 5 minute error pop up and then say dced from the server. then I tried a third account and it kept saying the 2nd password was wrong when I know it is correct, I have had everything written down as always. I think the program is just doing things auto without a reason at weird times. if you get the message saying your password is wrong and it keeps giving you chances, just close it out, don't let it reach to the 5th try to lock it. and try much later. finally was able to get back on after 2 hours later so it is all just error I think.

    Hi , I have the same error since yesterday and I can not log into the game , it happened at night when tetei migrate from sever Divine Valley to Kalibus and I disconnect , and now when trying to log aparace the same mistake that missed five times the second password . How to solve this? I do not want to stop playing because of that, no more logs and bugar the account will not crirar another account and start from scratch , and the problem is not just happening to me. How to solve ?

    I Have same error too i hope they fix that soon other friends told me they had Incorrect ID problem yesterday too

    So I have the passwords all written down , can not miss more than five times after the game with the same account every day , the problem that happened out of nowhere and now I can not play , not tried to log more than five times because I know that password is correct more the system insists that is incorrect , I will not create another account and start from scratch , it's been more than 24 hours and not i can log still uncompensated not play today , but certainly if it continues not return to play more, get upset with the situation more is the reality .

    This message appears to my account, and this has to happen when the connection to the server was bad, very unstable.
    Somehow the second password is received in the wrong server.
    When this happens it is to open a request for recovery of the second password.
    Have plenty of patience as it may take much for it.

    This is most like the issue since we are still getting DDOSed by the pissed of Black Shot players that got banned for hacking. One of there targets has been the login servers.

    Yes, but how can we solve this problem ? or only you can solve ... did not want to run out of play for a long time .. :(

    I would also like to know what the email to contact support so you can send the ticket also about the error.

    Hi , I need to know to open a ticket to get my second password or unlocked , why now do not know what to do, the second password is fully buggy and not trying to change the password does not enter the game .
