Hi how can i get those wings are they the angelic perma wings from hm dg or no?I ask for the ones with 10%pk/pvp and 10%dd stats on them.Thanks in advance

    You cant. It was a cash event from nexon where you could get 3 days wings. I really ask myself How such wings are appearing nowdays...
