disconnected from server

still getting this after dealing with this since they moved to papayaplay very disheartening to be able to say they ruined the game, i finally got to log in and see my char butr when i click connect it sends me back to the login screen wtf....

    The server expels me from the game in a few minutes (my account is new)

    This has been a common problem for many of us ever since Papaya took over the game from Nexon in June 2016.  The problem is "two fold"; first, logging into the game, and second, game stability once you're "in".  For example, if you try changing channels while logged in, you will likely be disconnected.

    If you submit a ticket, you will get their "cookie cutter" response.  "We are aware of the problem and our developers are trying to resolve it as soon as possible.  Thank you for your patience."  (I've been getting this response since at least August 2016.)

    It seems like Papaya would prefer that some/many players just simply "give up" on ever playing the game. Interesting way of "doing business".  Any "normal company" would be able to resolve such issues in a few weeks.

    And every once in awhile, Papaya GMs will send a PM to get your hopes up.

    Just saying.  Don't "get your hopes up".
