cant connect to the server

the get the error message after the loading screen game , Cant connect to the server garter something like that, i did open omne thread before but i dont see it in technical list , so im re-posting . Windows vista 64 x i am using , from Brazil , is my location free to play it?

    Hi menta_ GM , i've sent the ticket now with a screenshot of this error , i hope u read and help me :( , last time i played this game the server was about to shutdown years ago when it was used by garena! now i realy want to play it@@
