Dekaron Launcher not working

General
Whenever I press the START button on the game launcher nothing happens. I already tried to re-instal the client,restart pc,changed compability mode and I runned it as an administrator.

Any suggestions, I won't even bother sending a ticket since the last ticket I sent papaya needed 1 week to reply.

    microsoft visual c++ 2008 redistributable
    microsoft visual c++ 2012 redistributable
    microsoft visual c++ 2013 redistributable
    microsoft visual c++ 2015 redistributable
    microsoft framework redistributable 4.0

    You can download them microsoft for your self or go to this link and download driver will update your pc.
