Unfortunately, we were unable to check the screenshots that you provided in your post, so please take a screenshot of the error/message you get then upload it using this website http://pasteboard.co/ or this website http://www.zippyshare.com/ , copy the first link and paste it in a new support ticket ( https://support.papayaplay.com/hc/en-us/requests/new ). You can also make a short video about it , upload it on YouTube or use this website http://tinypic.com/ to upload then give us the link, afterwards we will be able to check it and help you fix this problem.

@yesyouknow, for the issue that you sent in the screenshot, it’s highly recommended that you must NOT manually delete the file mentioned in the error, as BattlEye detects it as a Malware that prevents it from starting, and simply deleting it (Shift+Delete) will NOT fix the problem, but it can make it worse in case that file was related to Blackshot installation files (Which is your case!).
To solve the issue, you will need to install/update a good Anti-virus that can detect that Malware attached to the file, we recommend that you install this software “Malwarebytes Anti-Malware” and scan your system to remove the malware ( https://www.malwarebytes.com/ ).
If you have a problem following these steps or if your problem persists , please join our Discord server [ https://discordapp.com/invite/0xbhDjsOK2pvy5s8 ], go to channel '' Waiting for support '' , and a GM will help you with it and offer further assistance.
