Lag when someone enters the match

Hello all,

Does anybody else have the problem that when somebody enters the match while you're playing, you just freeze for 1 or 2 seconds?

This lag is extremely annoying because in those seconds you can die so quickly...

I have all the basic stuff on my pc, like Visual C++ and .NET, so that can't be it...

    To play this 10 years old game you must have a SSD with 2500MB/s read spead. xD

    It would really help us a lot if you could record a video about this issue, and later on, send it to us in a ticket through the link below, and we will check it, if there is a solution to be done from your side, we will definitely let you know and help you with it, if it's from our side, we will forward it to be fixed as soon as possible.

    When I record with Scr Lock I'm lagging all the time, so that doesn't show it very well.

    But it's just that when someone enters, my character just freezes for a second: I stop shooting and moving suddenly. I'll try to record but I'm not sure what good it will do.

    Hello again Tunit13,

    You can always use an external recording software to record your gameplay if you're having issues with the in game integrated one. I would recommend "Dxtory" or "Mirilis Action" that most users here prefer to use.

    As for "what good it will do", it's mainly for us to properly check, if there is a solution to be done from your side, we will let you know and help you with it, if it's from our side, we will forward it to be fixed as soon as possible. Thanks in advance!

    Hello again Tunit13,

    Thank you for taking the time recording and uploading the video,  but because these reports are handled through our ticket system, i kindly ask you to send that video in a support ticket as i mentioned before, the reason for that is to have an opened case on which we can reply to you about the issue and keep it updated from time to time. 

    I've saved the video, removed it from your comment and i will check this issue with my teammates and my superiors, in the meanwhile, please send that ticket and we will reply to your ticket with further instructions on how to solve the problem if it can be solved from your side.
