Will permanent weapons be transferred by migration process?

  Nothing has been said to the contrary. Nexon had honored G1's permanent weapon sales done in the last months that G1 had the game. I would assume Papaya will do the same and honor the permanent weapons - it would only incur negative public relations to dump the expensive weapons from someone's inventory.
  
  I believe to have them on July 13 you need to have them in your inventory. Somewhere it was mentioned that additional information like clans and outbox items would be transferred later, by August 13. Right now I can't find the source on that, browsing both Papaya and Nexon, and I wonder if they actually agreed to get all that information transferred at once.

  Imagine if it's not going to be transferred, I think more than 50% of the current player base will stop playing. People have spent hundreds to thousands of euro's into getting permanent weapons.

  All account data, including your character name, items, achievements,
  and more will be transferred to Papaya Play through the migration
  process, though certain data will be transferred at a later date.
  
  Your clan information, friends list, and achievements will be transferred to Papaya Play in August (exact date TBD).
  
  Furthermore,
  if you transfer your account after July 13th, all existing items in the
  Inbox will be sent to the PostBox first, then transferred to Papaya
  Play in August along with the Clan, Friends, and Achievement data.

  I think that permanent weapons fall under the catagory items:)
