  I was able to get the 1.9a version to work fine. I'm not sure where I found that version though, so that's not very helpful.

  If I read the maker of Doala's website (google translation) correctly then it seems they lost some important files and are no longer going to update it.

  For the time being make sure you have 1.9a.  Version 1.9 is functional but if you want to see the character with the proper weapon it can have issues.

  I can't find anywhere to get Doala now. The download link in the archived forum post doesn't work anymore, it just takes me to some malicious ads and stuff.
