Lots of players in the discord felt that the more serious questions were ignored, I understand that its hard to read trough the spam but the solution for that is so that when the question time starts, you limit each person to be able to post only every ~1-3 minutes aka "slowmode", so you actually have easier time reading and answering the questions etc.

You made it so people can only post same exact question every 30 seconds but its easily bypassed by changing 1 letter or number from the post so people could still spam.

So yeah would liked to have more serious talk about the wr's future, the weapon balancing is good (if done right) but there is a lot more to be done and to talk about, showing some content about some basic event that we have had before was just really lame.

    Just my few cents.

    Here, I'll make a list

    1. Acknowledge mistakes in the game, such as the first Item Shop update being a failure, taking too long to get resolutions to tickets #WhereAreMyRetails:TM: and explain, in a very Jason Blundell way, what is coming. Very cryptic, give us hidden messages, make references to old things for hints.

    2. Actually play WarRock in-depth. Get to know our toxic community, understand what OVC is, not Hardware OVC which isn't an issue, but software OVC which is, understand what's going on. Make accounts and actually play and get to know people.
Ban all admins from joining clans in-game on their personal accounts also. Don't ban people for insults like  "nub" "Get off dial up" "Git gud kid" stuff like that. Racist stuff etc, obv ban them.

    3. Don't say that we like "Seasonal Events" truthfully none of us do, 9/10 times they bring SOOO many issues with them. I can't remember if it was G1 or NexonEU, but one of them introduced a Futball event, which fixed gunlag amazingly, but destroyed FPS and the game hasn't been the same sense.

    4. Acknowledge what was said in the chat, no where in the stream did you guys answer "Permanent 8th slot perm" which I saw asked hundreds of times by different users. This is a legit question. Answer questions about framelag, "We're currently investigating how to fix this" would be fine. Any sort of answer is better than straight ignoring it.
But how can we fix framelag? The only solution I've ever been able to come up with, is simple.
Remake WarRock on a different engine. DE has made enough money off of us, and I've spent WAAAY more than enough money since you guys took over, that you could fund re-making this game in a different engine. Don't take no from DE. This game is going on 15+ years old (including KWR) and needs a graphical overhaul anyway to appeal to new players.

5.Do better giveaways. Do "One of a kind perm" give aways.
"Free ESL (Weapon) Giveaway, and btw it's perm."
Or "Free (Weapon) Giveaway, and btw it's perm"
Or "Free (PX Item) Giveaway, and btw it's perm"
Give ALOT of people a reason to join rather than "free 7 day prem" I can poop out change to buy a 7 day prem.

    6. I think being unorganized is one of the most entertaining things ever, you guys irritated me by ignoring people, but I was entertained while watching, so that's a plus.
"Yeah but we can't read EVERYONES questions" Of course you can't, but if I'm watching and can see 2 specific questions I wanted answers, spammed like crazy by different people, there's no way 3 of you couldn't see it, especially when Tea was on her phone reading the chat. No excuses.

    7. Invest in a better webcam, C922 for 720px60FPS, or 1080p30fps is fine.

    8. Microphone was decent, no complaints. Get a razer seiren or a blue yeti pro, then download VoiceMeeter and make it sound amazing.

    9. Add more personality, explain in depth what you guys do, and how you want to make the game better. I know I've spoken with Muziq on how I think the monetization for the game should work, to appeal to everyone, new and returning, and existing. But nothing was really brought up.

    and lastly, 10.

That Twitch session was quite entertaining and i like the idea of showing yourselves to become "real". To be honest i was quite irritated to see you guys obviously do not have a clue about the problems Warrock has. But i was totally shocked when you openly admited that you do not have any tool / way to detect / fight the staggering OVC-problem.

Seriously? It is totally ok if you guys are not able to solve that problem but at least make the players think you are able to do something about it / there is at least some kind of danger to get detected while overclocking.
You guys host a game. You are not ment to be our "bros" with whom you talk about even the most private problems.

In the end this naive idea of openly admitting even the gravest shortcomings and the obivious lack of any knowledge beyond the point of "i play this game... sometimes" combined with the obviously bad preparation of the Twitch-session gave me just one impression:

They are a bunch of friends who decided to host a game. Now they are curious where this journey might lead and how it will develop.

    Professional is something else.

Hackers were and will be in the WARROCK.  Who prevents them?
I personally will not spend a 1 cent in this game.
Who saw my video in YouTube that knows how I every week + -100 euros sponsored in Nexon.de.
The game server is again in germany (luxembourg) .
The Russians say - if you can not shit do not torture your ass.
Until the game is fixed and the connection to the game my money will be with me.
I have not seen a new y-tube video from other players for a long time where they spend money on  opening mystery boxes.
