Crespo main questline problem

Guys i cant start any main quest in Crespo. Could you check this issue thanks in advance.

    this is happening to me. I cannot accept any crespo quests. or quests in the abyss of crespo. this is making it really hard to level. I have cleared out all my quests just to make sure i didn't have to many. How do I fix this.
