Can any support team check the tickets?
I've been waiting almost a week for my boxes, still no reply....

    Mh... Strange, I already have sent like 5/6 tickets and I got a reply within 12 hours.
    Wait few more days, otherwise open another ticket. But I suggest you wait or you will make the action (the refund) lasting longer.

    Just wait and do not open more tickets or the process will be slower.

    i got hacked so submited a ticket........i got response after 7 days telling me send a mail to warrocksupport and its been 6 days still no answer....papaya need to actually give a fuck about us .......i havent played for 2 weeks :@:@:@

    First of all, keep calm. Don't need to insult.
    It's summer by the way, wait a bit more.

    And the security of your Account Data are only your! 
    They cannot take care about your Account if you do not do that first.

    Just wait a bit more for a reply.
