Can-t Log-in / Screen frozen

I was trying to log-in but when i press the ok button the game frozen for few seconds and nothing happened.

Any suggestions?

    Yes i tryed, i think there is something blocking the connection between server and my pc, because when i try to log in my wifi disconnect (already tryed to turn off antivirus firewall ecc). OS windows 10 prem

    Where are you from? Some countries are blocked to play global version.

    @hilaris95 spiegami il problema in italiano, così magari ti posso aiutare meglio.

    I know that this is the english section, but I'm italian and he's italian too and we do not have an italian section. I will talk with him in italian, if it is a problem I will translate all the messages into the english language so you will be able to understand.

    Allora, quando provo a fare il login premendo il tasto OK il gioco si blocca per una ventina di secondi e il wifi si disconnette, ho provato a disattivare antivirus/firewall ecc. Ho windows 10 prem

    @R3voxWR Ho provato a loggare mentre connesso alla connessione del mio cellulare ed ha funzionato quindi è un problema della mia linea/modem fastweb e warrock

    @hilaris95 apri il CMD come Amministratore e scrivi: ipconfig/flushdns
