Why does it says this in Item Shop?

Why can't i spend my 2500 WRC?
On packages it says: Can only buy 1 at the time. but i only buy 1.
On other things it says: Needb to wait 15 more days.

Why?

    Relog server and try again. it will work :-)

    Yeah, it's like a little bug.
    You just need to relog into the server and you will be able to buy again.
