Fake event?

I've charged WRC my first time and I didn't get any price..

I have pictures that I charged with 25$ and I didn't get any premium and any reward from you.

Is that a bug or I did something wrong help me fast please

You need to go here: https://warrock.papayaplay.com/warrock.do?tp=update0913 and click on charge WRC. This only works if you have NEVER bought WRC on this account before now. I hope this answers your question. If this wasn't the case then I would put a ticket in so you can resolve this asap.

As correctly explained in christhe1's reply, you need to claim the reward by clicking on the corresponding button. There were some issues with the button, however, these were fixed with last week's maintenance.

If you are still having issues, please submit a support ticket and we will look into it.
