I would like someone qualified for the job to be my top deputy, or possibly just run the company.
My point here is to have a sister company to my pirate company. That way we will have worthy adversaries to keep us on our toes. We can do mocks, events, battle campaigns, epic sea fueds, and they can even try to protect those who are more vulnerable from the pirates in my company.
