Less than 1 week left

Here we are less than 1 week left to go. many of us have vented raged blamed others and trolled.
most of us have resigned to try to give papaya a chance to see how this is gonna work.
but there still has bee nno communication with anyone from papaya.  response tickets are copy and paste.
many player  like gazi guilder  roiber and others still can't even post on these forums.  as their voice could help ease any more anxiety.
no communication from papaya on what changes are being made   what will remain the same
lots of players are looking to see what rule changes are in play before committing to a return
are they even communicating with anyone or taking suggestions at all?
this lack of communication still does not give good optics for any player on the fence about returning.

my message to papaya   if you want this investment of your to succeed  it is time to communicate with your potential customers.  as players we can only do so much to keep this server open  but you need to be here on the front lines communicating your intentions and goals.  the founders rewards are a weak attempt to say  hey we are sorry for your loss but heres some items to try to ease your pain.    it doesn't
we should have question and answer with papaya to get truth.   and for some a sense  of closure.
TIME TO STEP UP PAPAYA.   the ball is in your court now    will you shine or choke?

Clem - The problem is, all companies have limited resources, and it could be that they are spending all their time getting ready for the relaunch and don't have enough people to answer tickets or post on the forum in a timely matter. In fact, on one of the ticket responses posted, they mentioned that they are getting swamped by buttloads of tickets. I think things may calm down after the launch and you may have an easier time getting answers. I hope you will take that into account and show up bright and early on the 18th to see how things go and give it a shot before making any judgements, and chalk the lack of communication up to the hectic atmosphere of starting up a new business venture.

Well tell everyone to stop sending in so many support tickets so the GM's can get a break and actually sit down and write a post to everyone.  I sure some of the help desk people decided this was a good time to use some of the stored up vacation time.  I know i'd hate to come to work, knowing i had to respond all day to the tickets being sent in.  Has to be even more boring than "playing forums" as we have been doing for 13 days now.

If they had given us the dignity of being a bit more transparent in the plans and also giving us some real details to be excited about maybe they wouldn’t receive so many ticktets.

    I haven’t sent any tickets btw...just saying :)

I disagree with they are too busy give them a break attitude.
I do agree they must be busy and don't have a lot of time to babysit us and answer every little question that pops in our head ...they can post much a message daily.
Imagine a simple 'wow you guys are really excited and so our we. We're really busy atm and some of the changes are being tested right now so we'll try to give more information as we get it. 6 more days!'
I've been through other games changing publishers before and some are better at communication then others ...and even the best gave general if enthusiastic answers that didn't really say anything ....but this silence is scary. ..

    @WesDoobner

If they're really that busy, they could at least tap out a message on a smartphone while droppin a deuce to reassure the playerbase.  Surely they have time to poop.

I still can't post without it being approved at moment, it is stupid how so many trolls are able to post in these forums but the genuine players can't

Maybe they actually don't have it fully mapped out yet. Within all the messages it did come across like the time frame of the transfer was not what they were expecting and that OGP did something to throw the time frame off. But who really knows at the present. They do need to announce atleast some of the changes they are sure about.

I've been spoiled playing games like Final Fantasy XIV.  I mention it since its developers and producer spend a lot of time talking to the community.  I don't play that game much anymore, but the communication and transparency was unlike anything else I found in other games.  I found it refreshing.

I agree with @dsmack1.  Having someone pop in the forums once a day to say hi and maybe reveal some things they're working on would go a long way.  It takes very little time but generates a good return of goodwill and hype.
