    At first we will have to lower our standards for a ship a little bit, until many r20 become available.

    I prefer London because I can do Cutter-->Schooner (St. Petersburg)->Emigrant Baroque then will go to Algiers to grind Turkish Galley till r16. I plan to use Founder reward's skill bonus for this and maybe rowing if I plan to get rowing ship in the future. On the other hand, I can wait till Order of Prince expansion because I can grind Turkish Galley at r1 :)

    However, SB is not my first thing to do ,but I will do sb whenever I have chance to do so while I am doing trading or quests for adventure, immigrant, etc. I will focus on complete all beginner schools to get cards. Then I will complete Intermediate Adventurer school to get Memorial Cruise Sloop. Finally, I will able to do BR @Marseilles to get shitload of fame to unlock all permits. This will work for all Nation players especially English and Portuguese.

    i did build a few modded a lot and advised some more.  but most of my knowledge comes from my company pals of which i have yet to receive news if they are joining again.

    No, I will use that ship for BR @ Marseilles. You definitely will need to complete Advanced Adventurer school to get best school ship and will use it for long time. Your aide can get Graduation Polacca or Trading Galleon.

    yes Idsa, if you want, you can complete adv beginner, then go inter, then final, then start trade beginner....

    I prefer to finish all beginner schools because I want to get cards. Also, beginner schools don't give you that much exp and fame that's why it won't hurt you to finish all beginner schools regardless of job you're in. Since I use those cards to change jobs before I start @Intermediate Academy.

    Yeah, you can do straight from beginner to advance schools for one job then take different job that will work for you too.

    I never bothered with schooners or emigrant barques unless by chance. when I got to that point I built cutters when I was short hopping, or the biggest ship available when going on long voyages, until I could build the turkish galleys. Then it was turkish if I was grinding, or vaisseaus on long voyages.

    I may be looking for an experienced ship builder to help me learn the ropes,preferably someone who doesn't chat a lot on world chat or draw too much attention due to pirate activities,will assist with stuff like casting sewing etc I have done everything else except for sb and alchemy,Please PM if interested in forming a partnership of sorts.

    I'm a master shipbuilder. I've been max rank for 2-3 years and I've built a ton of ships. While I'm not by any means the games best shipbuilder, I've built some of the best ships in the game. That being said, my company is going to be mainly focused on shipbuilding and bounty hunting. I'm hoping to form a group of veterans who will be willing to share their knowledge with new players and provide the game with skilled shipbuilders and bounty hunters.
