     My ingame name is Davincio, and i welcome all french sailors to contact me.  Last time around we managed to get more than one company to start to focus on our port targets and we were sucessfull for a time.

    I will see what companies form for France, i know there will be atleast one for french speaking players.  I almost prefer not having to take a leadership role but if no one else steps up ill do it again.

    I cant wait for the 18th and see all you  fine people on the seven seas!

    I rolled with you a LOT back in the day as Rhend. We played in La Royale together man. You became one of the "player advocates" or whatever, then left not much longer after that. I kept on rolling with Hughes and them in CDR for a year or two after you quit. 

    I will DEFINITELY be returning, and will probably be doing France again this time around! =)

    No my friend, I will as always, start with Portugal, and I shall continue my efforts to make Portugal a leading Nation. Lol I come from a base of players back in the day when France was NOT an underdog nation and they were infamous for taking over ports while we were sleeping! Lol, it was all fun and annoying but my anti-French biased stuck all these years lol. 

    That being said, I wish you and all French players the best of luck! Who knows, maybe we will be allies this time around... MAYBE! :D

    @Raulbarad - I dont know because I didnt get a chance to talk with AllebiG who was director of Tabarnacos for over a year before OGP ended service and was rebuilding the company. I hope to see him and others (notably Scaramouche) back after relaunch - but dont have any info

    I hope that many of the French veteran players in based in Marseilles will be back/carrying on.
    and major Marseilles companies be restored. We had a good cooperative atmosphere in Marseilles and I hope we build on that to make it even better.

    Hello seapiratedeluxe. Not a heavy gamer here but I did play a variety of French toons over the past four years getting up to the 40s levels and don't recall the name Davincio. Is that going to be a new toon name to replace a previous one?

    My interest in the game waned over time as the economy, skills, and items all became less and less realistic. Also the sheer number of items became wholly unmanageable. To each his/her own but in my case the game under OGP's cash shop-driven management became more a burden than a joy.

    I look forward to trying the game again, of course making Marseilles my home town. Cheers!

    Looks like france will be a powerfull nation, the amount of experienced players confirmed for France is very good!

    TheUWOFrance facebook page is lit up, the polls seem to indicate france will be a more popular choice this time around!

    Blast you and your French advancing agenda! We are now officially.... FRENEMIES! Well, maybe not officially, I haven't actually 100% decided which nation to start with. I love Portugal, but I'm wondering if I should try something different this time around. Still, my past uwo life hates your French antics! :P

    P.S. Just to make it perfectly clear, this is all game banter. I am in no way making IRL racial slurs or mean to offend anyone in any way! Just felt that had to be cleared up, some people are super sensitive!

    You still seem unsure, theres still time for us to talk you into joining us under the french flag!

     I can tell you just want to play with other passionate players. I have reconnected with a few key players already and things are definatly shaping up!  i wish for more support for each nation and an unmistakable representative for each nation to arise!  Nothing would please me more.

    If your unable to find the support you need in another nations your more than welcome to join us under the blue flag!  Either way sailing the seven seas together as friends or otherwise will be my pleasure!

    I tend to follow a different direction than most others when it comes to skillups for the crafting.  My skill lvl for trading fabrics will be so high it wont matter where i train sewing because ill be able to buy a ton of goods anywhere!

    If your adamant about maxing sewing asap then there is definatly better options as far as starting nations go.  Or you could just group up with me and we can head up north and grab all that wool!  But you can be sure theres going to be some "overpriced" wool in mars at all times.  but does the price really matter when training skills...

    Making feathers day 1 running marseille to montpel, although not as efficient as venice is. youl get your desired levels very fast.

    Am hesitant to give even more info because i havnt played in years and many things changed!

    I never got to refine anything since i stoped playing before that update, but definatly will be refining every skill i can regardless of how hard it is.  SO EXCITED:) 

    Been doing some reading and watching some videos!

    I refined sewing and had it back up to r15 base and with my pluses was a r18
