Does anyone know a more precise time than the 18th ?

    It's 4pm PST - Pacific Standard Time. Which is midnight UTC.

    So I won't be playing it 'til tomorrow (in UK)

    Games has Headquarters in both, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada and Los
    Angeles, California, USA.


    Both of
    those cities are in the Pacific Time Zone. 
    Both are currently still in the Daylight Savings Time mode. So, the pst that
    follows the launch stands for Pacific Standard Time, is probably a boo-boo.  

    4:00pm PDT is 11:00pm GMT/UTC if that helps
    convert the start time for folks.

    on startup it says....confirming latest version....nothing happens.
