where i can find heavy oil?

pardon me if wrong section to post.

alright, so i'm asking to any fellow uwo players if anybody know where i can find heavy gold. i just received a quest which requires me to send heavy oil to istanbul. but as i realized i can't find any info regarding heavy oil (btw idk if heavy oil same thing as 'Oil'), so, i want to ask if anyone know which port can i buy, or if this from production, where i can find such recipes. thank you.
