I cant login/ UWO wont Run

Bug Report
i totally cant login anymore..its getting worst..  2x click the Desktop icon UWO then  nothing happens.  is there a problem on client or what? is server down or what.? 
I'm not a Nerd just loves to play.

    can someone help me please i cant connect to the server, i already
    reinstalled my dekaron and still not working... how come i cant log in?
