Invalid authorization key

When I wanted logged on my acc in Dekaron Client, I saw "Invalid authorization key". What's the problem?

    yahh me to same problem i check usser and pass all correct and when i try to log in on site it says usser does not exist wen i try to forgot pass it says invalid request.
    wen i try to log in my main char i just keep on spamming and forget pass works can u fix this bug? or any idea how to log in

    Having the same issue, having a lot of issues actually.... but, the "Invalid authorization key" is frustrating. Sent in a ticket, hope they come out with a fix soon.

    Hi i cannot connect to the game invalid............Key wtf, i wars in and the next day , i wanna login again , nothing The second password is fail, login is ok but the second pw With numbers OMG FAIL

    Create a support ticket (scroll to top of screen and click support).

    Had this problem since today morning, cant log in,I write ID and Password, but then instead of loading the 2nd Password screen it just pops up a window that says that.
    Sent a ticket 2 hours ago.

    I fixed by myself.You need to change password but not one on email,one on username its for papayaplay.

    I had this same issue, I don't know if i'm 100% right but it seems like it might have something to do with using special characters like "( # )" 

    I only say this because I have used the # symbol and I get this same error. The second I take that # out of the password I can log into the game with NO errors. 

    Again, I don't know if I was just lucky or if it is relevant to getting into the game. Also, I after changing my password I waited about 5 minutes and then tried to launch the game. Everything worked. I hope that this helps some of you, if it doesn't, then I am sorry and it looks like I may have just been lucky.

    unchanged or even worse, I can not log on any account. good job papaya new shit.

    my problem is I think I used in ID( & ) but I can not change it , only password

    I am close to surrender and say bb papaya

    So on Nexon EU verify (migrate) I was asked to change my username to a new email, then I agreed to migrate my account. But, on papaya, I created a new account for papaya. Which one do I use as my log in to play in papaya? my old username from Nexon EU, or the new username I used to create a papaya account? I tried logging in with my papaya account and it's a fresh clean account. I assume I did something wrong in the process. Please help! it's been a few days already.

    @iREBEL

    1. Click Migrate Now
    2. Sign in with your OLD Nexon ID and PW.
    3. If it asks you for a NEW email provide one. (If not keep it how you have it with Nexon)

    On the top of this box you should see a list or your character/s names there that have been moved over.

    Setting up your NEW Papaya account

    1. Make a NEW ID for Papaya
    2. Enter the email
    3. Confirm email
    4. Put your SAME password
     
    The next window should show you that your account was made and your characters have been moved over. From there, I would confirm your email in the (MY ACCOUNT) tab and change your password. You don't have to but that's just me.

    I had the "Authorization" problem after the last Maint, but was able to resolve that with a re-boot.  I still can't login to the game beyond "Character Selection" though.  (Sorry if I'm sounding like a "broken record" for always having to say that...guess it comes under the heading "If The Truth Hurts"...lol!)

    But maybe the re-boot will help some of you?
