Put in a support ticket located in the top right of the screen. Nothing can be done about it on the forums. Make sure that you properly transferred your account from Nexon Europe to Papaya Online by clicking on the Migrate button located on the top left of the screen (if you scroll all the way up). If you have successfully migrated the account from Nexon to Papaya I would recommend again to put in a support ticket.
