Which is the best pet for me?

General
I am a Lvl 190 AK focussing on AOE play. I currently use a Unique Ray but also have a Unique Qusil, which of the two would be the best for my style of play and what socket stone should I use?

Unique Ray
Str +15
HP +13
Dex +13
Melee Atk 5% socket stone

Unique Qusil
HP +15
Melee Atk 226
Ranged Atk +221
No socket stone

    If you want to keep those pets, then use Ray for PVE and Qusil for PvP, but above all change those options until u get 300+ melee on both... 15 str usually equala 90-100 melee, so not really worth keeping  it!

    The base stat of the Qusil is +300 competence, I haven't come across this before, any idea what it is?

    Competence = Mastery
    It lowers block rate and guard rate of opponent.

    Its Mastery = guard/block decrease rate applied to your target
