efficiency ship build skill in Oxford

Bug Report
Hi,

My game ID is littleNina, my repair skill is R7 and my shipbuild skill is R9 now, I had graduated from the Oxford with total submission of 161 (including more than 30 in star2 building). However, I can't see the thesis theme of the efficiency ship build, I think I meet some bugs.

    Now "Efficient Ship Construction" is one of the Oxford Skills. Please confirm in game.

    I know the thesis is in building #2 and named Ship Repair Tech 2, what i want to say is that i meet the thesis requirement, but i cant see the theme.
    So I want to know if I meet bugs...
