Still getting kicked back to login section after maint

I just tried to log back in (notice says maint is complete) and was kicked back to login like the first day. is anyone else getting this?

    I have not been able to connect since the first 15 min it was up.. I can load all the way to character screen but when i select divine or kali it just loops me back to loging screen...
