Option to disable chat

Hi there,

Title says enough. There should be an option to disable chat, and put it on "Only friends" for example. I'm surprised DE hasn't done this already. 

Should be plain simple to implement.

    As an addition: 

    I often /blistadd players to prevent them from spamming my chat. Some players make the gaming experience unpleasant by constantly chatting or "whining". For this reason, i would also like to see this feature implemented.
