The North River Steamboat or North River, colloquially known as the Clermont,
is widely regarded as the world's first vessel to demonstrate the
viability of using steam propulsion for commercial water transportation.^[1] Built in 1807, the North River Steamboat operated on the Hudson River – at that time often known as the North River – between New York City and Albany, New York. She was built by the wealthy investor and politician Robert Livingston and inventor and entrepreneur Robert Fulton (1765–1815).

Thank you SirenSong for answering my first question. It helps me a lot. Now I try to finish the master of steam x3 quest, I can't pull the adv quest in London. I used 10 qmps each time to pull a quest from boston, and it told me that there is no available quest. I am driving a clermont, and my adv lvl is 29, my fame is around 5500. Could you tell me whats wrong? Thank you so much.
