Support system, working? No answer after 6 days!

The support system of this company is a joke. After 6 days I didn't had any answer on my ticket. I am tired and very disappointed about this company. I expected things will change from Nexon, but looks like is the same situation with a different name.

Does anyone have this problem as well?

Yes....haven't been able to get into the game since day 1. Submitted 2 tickets since then and got no response. Best I've gotten so far is [Dk]Gismo responded to me on the Forums that "they're aware of a recurring problem".

So far, from what I've seen, Nexon decided Dekaron wasn't making enough money. So they pawned the game off onto a less evolved company.

Yea, ive been waiting on a reply for my tickets for 3 days now :/

Not a good way to start. Just being patient though.

Their are over 400 tickets in the queue atm. We are doing our best to answer the questions we as HGM's can. Other tickets need office support due to information access that is needed. We are sorry for the waits.

Ty Gizmo. I too have submitted one but I already have a char in playing so don't worry about mine atm. I know the stress U guys as gm's are dealing with as well and I understand u guys are working proly round the clock to clear things up. I too remember the sorta chaos there was when nexon took over but we will all get through it together. Good Luck everyone. I hope u can play soon and I hope the gm's have a lot of advil or asperine for the headaches Lmao
