Low FPS.

I used to play the game on my older PC, which was a was a computer for work. It had it's issues but it still kept 140 FPS on every map, even BG. Since then I bought a new one for gaming with these specs:

GTX 1070 
Intel i5 7400
Windows 10

and I'm getting an even worse performance. Why? Here are things that I tried:

1. Disabling turbo boost
2. Clocking bio to 3.8
3. Running as Windows XP

Would love to get some help. It's extremely weird that my FPS is that low.

    It's actually 7500, I lied. Friend has 7400 and it runs smoothly. Explain pls

    Yea i have really bad Fps aswell for some reason?

    I try it to explain with an example:
    You have a truck that can carry 7 tons and what happend if you put 12 tons on it?

    They put more and more graphics and blinking textures in the game and the source code cant handle this anymore.
    In the past the game runs on a Core2 Duo system without any laggs and then the blinking crap comes.

    I guess it would never be fixed, considering Dream Execution can't even block overclocking. It is interesting to me why it happens though. Is the game not optimized for newer CPUs? Is that it?

    I have 140fps in each 8 players rooms whatever the map with an i3 8100 so that is not the problem.

    So I wonder what is the problem. It's legitimately makes no sense.

    I have a 1070 Ti and a Ryzen 5 2600. I can run Far Cry 5 on ultra settings at 60fps, but I drop to 33 FPS playing zombies in warrock. This game isn't worth it at all anymore..

    I bought an i5 8400 with 8 gb 2666Mhz ram single channel. And is very fluid, some stuttering here and there but nothing to worry about.
    I don't even count fps anymore cuz is fluid enough so I dont worry about it.

    Im playing on i3  3220 3.3 ghz and my fps is much better on papaya than back at nexon.. every game runs smooth first game after 2 year pause i felt like im using ovc lol

    I had no problem with warrock in 32 gamer room when i had analog internet with 8-12kbit/sec speed, zero lag!!!

    with 150 000kbit/sec game lagg hardcore when more than 8 gamer, going out on a same door 10-14 times

    on 1050TI Intel i3 8100/8 gb ram 2400 and win 10 to get max 80 fps on WarRock why? can someone tell me how to change?
