ship stats for port hopping

intuitively for port hopping you need max acceleration. what ship stats facilitate acceleration? 
what is the idea ship for port hopping?

    To properly answer the question we need to know what exactly youre doing for the port hop as it changes the answer for example...

    Say you want to port hop to refresh the market to buy trade goods and the ports are close then you would need a ship with decent cargo and good base armor and heavy plates and has the steam engine..Clairmont 


    However say you dont give a damn about cargo and youre say farming MTT maps and dont have alot of cash you could get by with a tow cutter


    Say you want to port hop but the ports arent super close like when you farm IQ quests or Adv then you may want to go with a fast ship like a LMS 

    One ship that kind of fits all those roles was a xebec i miss that ship :p

    So what are you trying to do?
