  Currently you can get permanent famas (random edition) through of in-game shop (5th/8th slot).
  

  
  

  With luck in random/mystery boxes in web/in-game shop.
  

  
  

  Also, if you have luck you can get permanent (CX4Storm/MP7A1/Scorpions/K1 flower) with K1 Flower Mystery Box in madkiller event (free) It´s difficult but I get 2 week ago the permanent CX4Storm  <3

  I did 4000 zombies kill every single day (exactly 30 boxes) and still no retail D:
  
  Also, there are 2 other ways to get permanent as far as i know
  
  1) wait for an update that brings back Luky break boxes: you can buy them for dinar in the item shop and win some nice retail like aug or m202a1
  
  2) wait for spend wrc event: in this event you will get some free retails by spending certain amount of wrc in the item shop, for example they used to give m4a1_neon to who spended at least 4000wrc (but this type of event seems to be rare)
