where (or how) is the first free dormitory room given by quest ?

i'm England Adventure,just finish the Beginners Adventure & Merchant test.
i can't found any dormitory room or house(or something like it) in london.

so where is the dormitory room ?
in Sagres ?

    Go to the door keeper in London. On the south side if the square. Your quarters are the reward for completing any beginner school.

    Google 'UWO quarters' for a guide on how to upgrade them.

    We really liked Room Escape Berlin. It is very atmospheric, the game is well thought out. It was a bit scary the first time and, as it may happen sometimes, we were lacking concentration. But honestly telling, we enjoyed the process very much. Please suggest some places with awesome entourage. We like those quest rooms so much that we are ready to visit them every week

    Unsure what Escape Berlin has to do with UWO. But who am I to judge?

    But as a matter of interest, under the new school system at what stage do beginners gain access to their quarters in their National Capital?

    After leveling a storage alt, I had the same question. While the dorm room is in the same place (doorkeeper in your home city), it seems you don't get access to it until you finish one of the beginner school final quests.
