Cannot re-install the game

Bug Report
I had to change from Win 7.1 to Win 10. Now I cannot re-install UWO from any Papaya link I can find. The downloader goes to the end and then pauses and won't finish or continue.  It is the same computer as before, with even less junk on it.

    You could try run the setup as an admin, or temporarily disable your firewall to see if that's the issue. Best of luck.
