How to use the item "Aide training“

I got the consumable item "Aide Training" from Preminum Ticket but I can't use it and not sure how to use it.
Would anyone please kindly advise? Thank you in advace.

    to use aide you must be certain total lvls and you must have aide spot free (if you have other aides then you might not have room)

    It appears to be part of a R10 Alchemy recipe to make a book seen here:

    Can anyone confirm that we have this recipe on our server?

    @angelva oh you mean the AVL's from the tickets. those you pick which ticket you want (adv/trd/mar) then use it. A screen will come up to choose which aide you want to train then xp is rewarded to that aide.

    @Hawthorn no that recipe is not on the North American server.
