I've tried using my Papaya Play ID as well as the email address linked to the account, and the password I have on file.

Am I doing something wrong?

    I resolved the issue to changing my password to something less complex, if anyone else has this issue.

    Passwords like this don't seem to work well with the game client: x4BS7JIVVgeY^i3zHk%i

    Sorry to bump such an old thread, but I've had the same issue the last few days with updating my password.  Password length doesn't seem to be the problem, but indeed certain special characters are causing issues.  PP has replied to my ticket saying that almost all special characters are permitted, but I haven't found that to be the case.

    The special characters I can confirm that work are these: , _ - #
