Historical Sites reporting

To whom should Historical Site discoveries be reported?  There is no listing at either the Wiki nor El Navigante sites.

    Historical Sites do not have a person dedicated for their reporting.  It is only recently that we have had reportable Historical Site discoveries (maps versus quests) and there has not been an inclusion of a dedicated noble for them.  This came up a few months ago, I asked the GMs to verify if there was not, indeed, a preferred place for their reporting and at that time the GM stated that there was not.

    Is KOEI going to be doing anything or just let it lay? I do know that fixing minor glitches like this that arise from new content kind of tends to get back burnered sometimes and understand why it sometimes happens. I'm just wondering if they are going to do something eventually or not.
