could not enter to the servers

sooo i waited for like more than 5 hours to download this game and then i was really happy but when i created my character and try to enter to the servers and play it's didn't allowed me and i'm not using anything in the background and i'm living in africa exact in algeria and i'm really sad that after 5 hours i couldn't play so if u wanna help me please do it
